Swimwear Care Instructions

To care for your swimwear, you can rinse it after each use, wash it gently with mild detergent, and air dry it. You can also avoid putting it in the washing machine, wringing it out, or putting it in the dryer.

Rinse

  • Rinse your swimwear with fresh water right after you use it to remove chlorine, salt, sand, and sunscreen.
  • Rinsing after each use can help prevent damage to the fabric and reduce the amount of washing you need to do later.

Wash

  • Use a mild detergent.
  • Wash your swimwear separately in cool water.
  • Avoid harsh detergents that can damage the fabric and cause the color to fade.

Dry

  • Air dry your swimwear flat in the shade with a fan.
  • Avoid hanging wet swimwear in direct sunlight, as this can cause the colors to fade.
  • Avoid drying your swimwear near an air conditioner.

Avoid

  • Avoid putting your swimwear in the washing machine.
  • Avoid wringing, soaking, or bleaching your swimwear.
  • Avoid putting your swimwear in the dryer.
  • Avoid wearing your swimwear in spa baths or saunas.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces, like concrete pool ledges and boardwalk benches.
